The Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden of Rome is one of the Museums of the Sapienza University of Rome. In the heart of Trastevere, on the slopes of the Gianicolo, inside, you can observe over 3000 plant species, starting from the aromatic plants, passing through the aquatic ones, bamboo groves and even a Japanese garden.

It's a perfect place for a walk in the shade of trees away from city traffic! Don't miss it!
